DMCA Copyright Policy

 Effective Date: July 26, 2026

Hancerz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Hancerz platform, web utilities, or media networks if such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Hancerz platform by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to us.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including the removal of the challenged material from our ecosystem.

Your DMCA Notice must include the following information:

  • Identify the copyrighted work: Provide a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.

  • Identify the material or link: Provide specific information (including URLs) detailing where the material you claim is infringing is located on our platform so that we may find and verify its existence.

  • Your Contact Information: Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Statement of Good Faith: Include the following statement: "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

  • Statement of Perjury: Include the following statement: "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."

  • Signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature.

Please send your complete DMCA Notice to our administration team at: [email protected]

2. Counter-Notification Procedures If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a Counter-Notice must be a written communication sent to our email address that includes the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Hancerz has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
